Quality
Progressive methods of control consist of three types of 3D measurement – touch, laser and through the scan. We use them during the whole process of production to ensure the highest quality and precision production.
Teams quality control working with the latest equipment, which is the whole portable and can measure products up to a length of 15 meters and a weight of 30 tonnes. The universality and flexibility of these measurement methods offers a solid basis for the control and measurement of even the most comprehensive reports.

CNC milling
Modern milling machines, drilling machines and lathes allow us to process the materials such as aluminium, steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, cobalt, copper, brass, or plastic.

On the joining of materials we use manually, as well as fully automated welding.
Construction and assembly of dedicated equipment
Our design bureau uses programs CATIA, AUTODESK INVENTOR, SolidVision - Geomagic Design X and TEBIS to create a precise documentation and elaboration of the analysis before the beginning of the production.
